Our 2010 daily rates are :
    High Season
    June through September
    and December 24th through January 1st.
  • $174 per night first 2 guests
  • $50 per additional guest
  • Saturday only bookings not usually accepted but maybe available on short notice


Low Season

October through May excluding the Christmas week

  • $149 per night first 2 guests
  • $35 per additional guest


    applicable taxes will be charged

    You will find the fridge and cupboards well stocked with organic coffee
    and a selection goodies to provide a delicious full breakfast to be enjoyed at your convenience.

    Our 2010 Weekly Cottage rates:

      June through September
    • 2-4 guests $1200
        • October through May
      • 2-4 guests $1100

        • applicable taxes will be charged

        Rates for additional guests will quoted upon request.
        Our weekly cottage rates are based on self catering and self housekeeping.
        Cancellation Policy

        A full refund will be given for cancellations received two weeks prior to the date of booking.
        Please note that we must confirm receipt of your cancellation.
        Cancellations made closer to the reservation date will be refunded if the cottage is rerented
        An administrative charge may apply.

        All rates are subject to applicable local taxes.
