High Season
June through the end of September
• $1200 per week
• maximum occupancy four guests
• all utilities and weekly housekeeping included
  Low Season

  October through the end of May

• $1600 per month
• all utilities and outside maintenance included
• housekeeping can be arranged, cost will be based on guest's requirements

Cancellation/Notice Policy

Monthly bookings, first and last month's rent due upon booking. Term on occupancy to be determined in advance.
Weekly booking, first and last week's rent due upon booking. Term of occupancy to be determined in advance.
